$50M in First-Year Sales Through Digital Marketing. Jarod built an audience of more than 250,000 followers across social media and used it to help build a residential real estate team that generated more than $50 million in sales during its first year. By turning his digital marketing strategy into the team’s primary lead-generation and recruiting engine, then training new agents to replicate it, Jarod helped grow the team to 16 agents and more than $100 million in sales.

Growth through Sales Function Development. Recently, Jarod helped turn around an underperforming market for an Austin-based roofing company. Identifying capacity constraints in the company’s “seller-doer” model, he separated sales and project-management responsibilities, creating a dedicated project-management role that freed top salespeople to focus on selling while improving career paths, retention, and recruiting. Jarod also built the company’s first recurring B2B sales channel, ultimately securing exclusive vendor agreements covering more than 800 homes.
